质控小组主导的PDCA循环管理在血透室护理管理中的价值

摘要

目的 探讨质控小组主导的PDCA循环管理在血透室护理管理中的价值。方法 选取本院2024年1月-2025年1月期间60例血液透析室护理人员作为研究对象，随机分为常规组和循环组，每组30例。常规组给予常规管理，循环组给予质控小组主导的PDCA循环管理。并对比两组护理质量（护理操作规范率、护理记录完整率、设备维护及时率、应急处理成功率）及护理人员对管理模式的满意度。结果 循环组在护理质量方面及满意度显著提高，均优质于常规组，差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论 质控小组主导的PDCA循环管理可显著提升血透室护理质量及护理人员对管理模式的满意度，具有临床推广和应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of PDCA cycle management led by a quality control team in the nursing management of hemodialysis rooms.
Methods Sixty nursing staff from the hemodialysis room of our hospital between January 2024 and January 2025 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a conventional group and a cycle group, with 30 cases in each group. The conventional group received routine management, while the cycle group received PDCA cycle management led by a quality control team. Nursing quality (standardization rate of nursing operations, completeness rate of nursing records, timely rate of equipment maintenance, success rate of emergency handling) and nursing staff satisfaction with the management model were compared between the two groups.
Results The cycle group showed significantly higher nursing quality and satisfaction than the conventional group, with statistically significant differences (p<0.05).
Conclusion   PDCA cycle management led by a quality control team can significantly improve nursing quality and nursing staff satisfaction with the management model in hemodialysis rooms, demonstrating clinical promotion and application value.
