Construction of the Internet + Nursing service linkage mechanism under the county medical consortium model
县域医共体模式下互联网+护理服务联动机制构建

摘要

目的 探讨县域医共体模式下互联网+护理服务联动机制构建的可行性。方法 对2021年1月-2024年4月期间，县域医共体覆盖范围内的有居家护理服务需求的出院患者及符合失能、出院康复期或终末期等条件的行动不便人群进行回顾性分析。于实施县域医共体模式下互联网+护理服务联动机制前（2021年1月-2022年12月期间）、后（2023年1月-2024年4月期间），各选取5000人为研究对象。对比实施县域医共体模式下“互联网+护理服务”联动机制前、后的居家护理人数、居家护理服务人次、居民满意度（于实施联动机制前、后，得到居家护理服务的患者中各抽取200名进行调查）。结果 实施联动机制后，接受居家护理服务的人数、居家护理服务人次均显著增加，分别较实施前增长100.78%、100.88%，且居民满意度增长为92.50%，显著高于实施联动机制前，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 构建县域医共体模式下的“互联网+护理服务”联动机制，可大幅提升居家护理服务的覆盖范围与服务人次，并提升居民满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the feasibility of constructing an Internet + nursing service linkage mechanism under the county medical community model.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on discharged patients with home care service needs and people with mobility difficulties due to disability, post-discharge rehabilitation, or terminal illness within the coverage area of the county medical community from January 2021 to April 2024. 5,000 individuals were selected as research subjects before (January 2021 to December 2022) and after (January 2023 to April 2024) the implementation of the Internet + nursing service linkage mechanism under the county medical community model. The number of people receiving home care services, the number of home care service visits, and the satisfaction of residents (200 patients who received home care services before and after the implementation of the linkage mechanism were surveyed) were compared before and after the implementation of the linkage mechanism.
Results After the implementation of the linkage mechanism, the number of people receiving home care services and the number of home care service visits increased significantly by 100.78% and 100.88% respectively, and the satisfaction of residents increased by 92.50%, which was significantly higher than before the implementation of the linkage mechanism. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The construction of an Internet + nursing service linkage mechanism under the county medical community model can significantly expand the coverage and service volume of home care services and improve the satisfaction of residents.
