The influence of the NNN-link nursing model on the rehabilitation effect of patients with osteoarthritis after unicompartmental knee arthroplasty
NNN-链接护理模式对骨关节炎患者行膝关节单髁置换术后康复效果的影响

摘要

目的 探讨NNN-链接护理模式对骨关节炎患者行膝关节单髁置换术后康复效果的影响。方法 选取本院2024年1月-2025年6月期间行膝关节单髁置换术的骨关节炎患者60例作为研究对象，研究对象通过抛硬币方法，按1:1比例被随机分配至对照组和干预组，每组30例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用NNN-链接护理模式。对比两组患者疼痛程度（采用VAS评分）、关节功能恢复情况（采用KSS评分）以及生活质量（采用SF-36）。结果 护理后，干预组患者在KSS（76.13±7.01）、VAS（2.45±0.34）及SF-36（89.55±8.89)提升方面均显著优于对照组KSS（132.13±10.14）VAS（3.21±0.74）SF-36（76.13±7.01)，差异均具有统计学意义。结论 采用NNN-链接护理应用在骨关节炎患者行膝关节单髁置换术中，能够缓解膝关节疼痛，改善膝关节功能和生活质量，值得临床推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of NNN linked nursing model on the rehabilitation outcomes of patients with osteoarthritis undergoing unicompartmental knee arthroplasty.
Methods Sixty patients with osteoarthritis who underwent unicompartmental knee arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected as the study subjects. The study subjects were randomly assigned to a control group and an intervention group in a 1:1 ratio using a coin toss method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received NNN linked nursing mode on the basis of the control group. Compare the pain level (using VAS score), joint function recovery (using KSS score), and quality of life (using SF-36) between two groups of patients.
Results After nursing, the intervention group showed significant improvements in KSS (76.13±7.01), VAS (2.45±0.34), and SF-36 (89.55±8.89) compared to the control group, with KSS (132.13±10.14), VAS (3.21±0.74), and SF-36 (76.13±7.01), all of which were statistically significant.
Conclusion   The application of NNN linked nursing in knee unicompartmental replacement surgery for patients with osteoarthritis can alleviate knee joint pain, improve knee joint function and quality of life, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
