摘要
目的 探讨赋能型护理对心内科患者自我管理能力的影响。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年1月内接收的心内科患者110例,按随机数字表分对照组和观察组,各55例。其中对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组采用赋能型护理干预。对比两组的护理效果。结果 护理干预前,两组在心理状态评分、自我管理能力评分方面无统计学意义的显著性差异(P>0.05)。经护理干预后对比观察组与对照组数据发现,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自我管理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组服药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在对心内科患者实施赋能型护理取得显著效果,能有效改善患者心理状态,提升其自我管理能力和用药依从性,提高患者的护理满意度,有较高应用价值。

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of enabling nursing on the self-management ability of patients in the cardiology department. Methods A total of 110 patients from the cardiology department who were received from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table, with 55 cases in each group. Among them, the control group received conventional nursing methods, while the observation group received enabling nursing intervention. Compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results Before the nursing intervention, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of psychological state score and self-management ability score (P > 0.05). After the nursing intervention, by comparing the data of the observation group and the control group, it was found that the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were both lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The score of self-management ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The medication compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of enabling nursing for patients in the cardiology department has achieved remarkable results. It can effectively improve the psychological state of patients, enhance their self-management ability and medication compliance, and increase their satisfaction with nursing care. It has high application value.
