摘要
目的 探讨舒适护理在眼眶肿瘤切除术护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年3月到2025年3月在我院接受眼眶肿瘤切除术的患者60例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=30，常规护理）与观察组（n=30，舒适护理）。对比两组心理状态、舒适度、护理满意度以及生活质量。结果 观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组，舒适度、护理满意度、生活质量评分高于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在眼眶肿瘤切除术中应用舒适护理可显著提升患者舒适度以及护理满意度并提高生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comfort care in the nursing of orbital tumor resection surgery. Methods Sixty patients who underwent orbital tumor resection surgery in our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=30, conventional care) and an observation group (n=30, comfort care) according to a random number table method. Compare the psychological state, comfort level, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life between two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, while the comfort, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comfort care in orbital tumor resection surgery can significantly improve patient comfort, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life.
