Evaluation of the application value of perineal massage nursing combined with non-invasive delivery techniques in childbirth
会阴按摩护理联合无创接生技术在分娩中的应用价值评估

摘要

目的 分析讨论会阴按摩护理联合无创接生技术在分娩中的应用价值。方法 选择我院产科2024年1月-2025年1月所接收的96例产妇为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为观察组（会阴按摩护理联合无创接生技术）与对照组（常规接生技术），对比两组会阴损伤情况、产程时间与不良妊娠结局。结果 观察组会阴损伤情况[Ⅰ度（91.67%）Ⅱ度（6.25%）Ⅲ度（2.08%）会阴侧切率（6.25%）]、产程时间[第一产程（371.03±69.01）min，第二产程（29.09±19.75）min，第三产程（5.13±2.53）min]与不良妊娠结局（4.17%）均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 会阴按摩护理联合无创接生技术在分娩中的应用中具有重要价值，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the application value of perineal massage nursing combined with non-invasive delivery techniques in childbirth.
Methods 96 parturients admitted to our obstetrics department from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group (perineal massage nursing combined with non-invasive delivery techniques) and a control group (conventional delivery techniques) using a random number table method. The perineal injury, delivery time, and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of perineal injury in the observation group (grade I (91.67%), grade II (6.25%), grade Ⅲ (2.08%), perineal lateral incision rate (6.25%), duration of labor (first stage (371.03 ± 69.01) min, second stage (29.09 ± 19.75) min, third stage (5.13 ± 2.53) min), and adverse pregnancy outcomes (4.17%) were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of perineal massage nursing and non-invasive delivery techniques has important value in the application of childbirth and is worthy of wide promotion and application.
