Effect of refined nursing on quality of life of patients with endometrial polyps removed by hysteroscopy
精细化护理对宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 分析探讨精细化护理对宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者生活质量的影响。方法 时间范围设定在2024年9月至2025年9月，样本抽取自本时段院内收治的90例宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后患者为研究依据，采用数字表划分法完成组间安排，每组归入45例（n=45），参照组行常规护理，研究组行常规护理+精细化护理，并以情绪状态、疼痛程度、生活质量、并发症的发生率、护理满意度为观察指标，比对不同护理方案下的效果和差异。结果 研究组采纳方案的可实施性更强，患者在上述各项相关指标数值的体现上均显优参照组，护理满意度呈现（95.55％vs82.22％），P＜0.05。结论 精细化护理通过科学护理手段能够切实改善宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者情绪状态，降低疼痛程度，预防并发症发生风险，全面提升患者生活质量，同时还可极大拉进护患间情感联结，提高患者对护理工作的满意程度，应用价值显著，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of refined nursing care on quality of life in patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.
Methods The study covered the period from September 2024 to September 2025, with 90 patients admitted during this timeframe serving as research subjects. Patients were randomly assigned to groups using a digital table method, with 45 cases in each group (n=45). The control group received standard nursing care, while the study group received standard care combined with refined nursing. Key outcomes included emotional state, pain level, quality of life, complication rates, and nursing satisfaction.
Results The refined nursing protocol demonstrated stronger implementability, with patients in the study group showing significantly better performance across all indicators compared to the control group. Nursing satisfaction scores reached 95.55% versus 82.22% (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Refined nursing care, through evidence-based approaches, effectively improves emotional well-being, reduces pain levels, prevents complications, and enhances overall quality of life for patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy. It also strengthens nurse-patient emotional connections and increases satisfaction with nursing services, demonstrating significant clinical value and potential for widespread implementation.
