Discussion on the causes of sleep disorders in patients with oncology and analysis of nursing methods
肿瘤内科患者睡眠障碍的原因探讨及护理方法分析

摘要

目的 探讨肿瘤内科患者睡眠障碍的主要原因，为临床制定针对性护理方案提供依据。方法 选取2024年12月—2025年10月本院肿瘤内科收治的12例存在睡眠障碍的患者作为研究对象，收集患者临床资料，包括一般人口学信息、肿瘤疾病相关资料、治疗方案、实验室检查指标及睡眠质量评估结果，通过回顾性分析明确睡眠障碍的主要影响因素。结果 12例患者中，因肿瘤相关疼痛引发睡眠障碍者8例，占比66.67%；因治疗相关不良反应引发者7例，占比58.33%；因心理情绪问题引发者9例，占比75.00%；因睡眠环境改变引发者5例，占比41.67%；因基础疾病叠加引发者4例，占比33.33%。多因素叠加影响者10例，占比83.33%。结论 肿瘤内科患者睡眠障碍的发生受多种因素影响，其中心理情绪问题、肿瘤相关疼痛及治疗不良反应是主要诱因，临床需针对上述原因制定个体化护理干预措施以改善患者睡眠质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the main causes of sleep disorders in patients with oncology, and to provide a basis for formulating targeted nursing plans in clinical practice.
Methods Twelve patients with sleep disorders admitted to the Department of Oncology of our hospital from December 2024 to October 2025 were selected as the research subjects. The clinical data of the patients were collected, including general demographic information, tumor disease-related data, treatment plans, laboratory test indicators and sleep quality assessment results. The main influencing factors of sleep disorders were identified through retrospective analysis.
Results Among the 12 patients, 8 cases had sleep disorders caused by tumor-related pain, accounting for 66.67%. There were 7 cases caused by treatment-related adverse reactions, accounting for 58.33%. Nine cases were triggered by psychological and emotional problems, accounting for 75.00%. Five cases were triggered by changes in the sleep environment, accounting for 41.67%. There were 4 cases, accounting for 33.33%, caused by the superimposition of underlying diseases. There were 10 cases affected by multiple factors, accounting for 83.33%.
Conclusion   The occurrence of sleep disorders in patients with oncology is influenced by multiple factors. Among them, psychological and emotional problems, tumor-related pain, and adverse treatment reactions are the main triggers. Clinically, individualized nursing intervention measures need to be formulated for the above reasons to improve the sleep quality of patients.
