The effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in perioperative nursing of transnasal pituitary tumors and the influence of activity time
加速康复外科护理在经鼻垂体瘤围手术期护理中的效果及活动时间的影响

摘要

目的 研究在经鼻垂体瘤围手术期护理中，实施加速康复外科（Accelerate rehabilitation surgery, ERAS）护理措施的效果。方法 按照数字表法，将本院2024年2月—2025年2月中，所收治的62例经鼻垂体瘤围手术患者分为两组，各31例。参照组给予常规护理，研究组给予加速康复外科护理，比较分析两组的临床干预效果。结果 研究组并发症的发生率低于参照组，（P<0.05）；与参照组比较，研究组术后康复情况更优，（P<0.05）。结论 ERAS护理理念在经鼻垂体瘤围手术期护理中的应用，患者术后能够尽早活动，减少术后并发症的发生，加快其术后康复速度。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of implementing Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery (ERAS) nursing measures in the perioperative care of patients with pituitary tumors.
Methods According to the numerical table method, 62 patients who underwent endoscopic surgery for pituitary tumors in our hospital from February 2024 to mid February 2025 were divided into two groups, with 31 patients in each group. The reference group received routine care, while the study group received accelerated rehabilitation surgical care. The clinical intervention effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, (P<0.05); Compared with the reference group, the study group showed better postoperative recovery, (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of ERAS nursing concept in perioperative care of patients with pituitary tumors can enable early postoperative activity, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, and accelerate their postoperative recovery speed.
