Evaluation of the impact of individualized nursing on patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection
个体化护理对Stanford-B型主动脉夹层患者影响评估

摘要

目的 分析Stanford-B型主动脉夹层患者护理中采取个体化护理的效果。方法 此次研究对象为84例Stanford-B型主动脉夹层患者，上述患者抽取自2024年1月-2025年1月期间，以随机数字表法分为常规组及实验组，每组42例。其中常规组采取常规护理，后者采取个体化护理。对两组疼痛评分、护理满意度进行比较。结果 与常规组比较，实验组疼痛评分显低（P<0.05），护理满意度显高（P<0.05）。结论 个体化护理可有效缓解Stanford-B型主动脉夹层患者疼痛程度，提高护理满意度，降低并发症发生风险，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing in the care of patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection.
Methods The study subjects were 84 patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection. The patients were selected from January 2024 to January 2025 and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 42 patients in each group. The conventional group received routine care, while the latter received individualized care. Compare the pain scores and nursing satisfaction between two groups.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group had significantly lower pain scores (P<0.05) and higher nursing satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Individualized nursing can effectively alleviate the pain level of patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the risk of complications, and has high clinical application value.
