摘要

目的 探究视觉训练中护理指导对儿童视知觉发展的影响,为优化儿童视觉训练方案提供科学依据。方法 选取2024年2月-2025年5月在我院眼科接受视觉训练的80例儿童为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组采用常规视觉训练方案,实验组在常规视觉训练基础上给予个性化护理指导,包括训练前心理疏导、训练中动作规范指导及训练后家庭护理延伸指导,干预周期为12周。结果 干预12周后,实验组TVPS-3总评分,显著高于对照组,P<0.001;实验组训练依从性高于对照组,P=0.028;家长满意度,高于对照组,P=0.023。结论 视觉训练中实施护理指导能显著促进儿童视知觉发展,提高视觉训练依从性与家长满意度。该模式将护理服务深度融入视觉训练过程,从心理、操作规范、家庭延续等多维度提供支持,为儿童视觉健康管理开辟新路径,值得在临床广泛推广,并进一步探索其长期影响与作用机制。

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of nursing guidance in visual training on the visual perception development of children and provide a scientific basis for optimizing children's visual training programs.
Methods A total of 80 children who received visual training in the ophthalmology department of our hospital from February 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group adopted a conventional visual training program, while the experimental group was given personalized nursing guidance on the basis of conventional visual training. The guidance included psychological counseling before training, guidance on standardized movements during training, and extended guidance on home nursing after training, with an intervention period of 12 weeks.
Results After 12 weeks of intervention, the total score of TVPS-3 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.001). The training compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P=0.028), and the parental satisfaction was also higher than that of the control group (P=0.023).
Conclusion   Implementing nursing guidance in visual training can significantly promote the visual perception development of children, improve the compliance of visual training and parental satisfaction. This model deeply integrates nursing services into the process of visual training, providing support from multiple dimensions such as psychology, operational norms, and home continuation. It opens up a new path for children's visual health management, is worthy of wide clinical promotion, and further exploration of its long-term impact and mechanism of action is needed.
