摘要
目的 分析加速康复护理联合穴位贴敷在缓解妇科腹腔镜术后患者疼痛中的应用效果。方法 以某院2024年6月-2025年6月收治的80例患者参与本次研究，分组方式：平均分组；组别：对照组、实验组；均为40例，对照组：常规护理，实验组：加速康复护理联合穴位贴敷，对比两组患者的疼痛程度、舒适度、康复情况以及护理满意度。结果 两组患者提供不同的护理措施后，实验组患者的疼痛程度更轻，p<0.05，评估患者的舒适度，实验组患者舒适度更高，p<0.05，对比康复情况，实验组康复效果显佳，护理满意度更高，p<0.05。结论 为妇科腹腔镜术后患者提供加速康复护理联合穴位贴敷，可以减轻患者的疼痛程度，提升患者的舒适度，提升患者康复效果的同时，提高患者护理满意度，值得提倡。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing combined with acupoint application in relieving pain in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods 80 patients admitted to a certain hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were included in this study. Grouping method: average grouping; Group: Control group, experimental group; There were 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received accelerated rehabilitation nursing combined with acupoint application. The pain level, comfort level, rehabilitation status, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After providing different nursing measures, the pain level of the experimental group patients was milder, p<0.05, Evaluate the comfort level of patients, with the experimental group having higher comfort levels, p<0.05, Compared with the rehabilitation situation, the experimental group showed better rehabilitation effects and higher nursing satisfaction, p<0.05. Conclusion Providing accelerated rehabilitation nursing combined with acupoint application for patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery can reduce their pain level, improve their comfort, enhance their rehabilitation effect, and improve their nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting.
