Exploration of the impact of high-quality nursing on improving the prognosis of delirium patients in intensive care unit
优质护理对改善重症监护室谵妄患者预后的影响探讨

摘要

目的 观察对重症监护室谵妄患者开展优质护理的效果。方法 在本院2024年3月至2025年4月重症监护室谵妄患者中选择70例为对象，随机抽样均分2组，任取其中1组进行常规护理（35例，对照组），另外1组则开展优质护理（35例，观察组）。对两组患者谵妄评分以及护理满意度、ICU治疗时间等进行统计。结果 谵妄评分统计，观察组护理后低于对照组，P<0.05。护理满意度对比，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。ICU治疗时间统计，观察组短于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对重症监护室谵妄患者护理过程中开展优质护理，可以改善谵妄症状，提升患者护理满意度，缩短患者ICU治疗时间，有助于患者恢复。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of providing high-quality nursing care for delirium patients in the intensive care unit.
Methods 70 patients with delirium in the intensive care unit of our hospital from March 2024 to April 2025 were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, with one group receiving routine care (35 cases, control group) and the other group receiving high-quality care (35 cases, observation group). Conduct statistical analysis on delirium scores, nursing satisfaction, ICU treatment time, etc. for two groups of patients.
Results The delirium score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after nursing care, P<0.05. Comparison of nursing satisfaction shows that the observation group is higher than the control group, P<0.05. The ICU treatment time statistics showed that the observation group was shorter than the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Providing high-quality nursing care for delirium patients in the intensive care unit can improve delirium symptoms, enhance patient satisfaction with nursing care, shorten ICU treatment time, and help patients recover.
