摘要
目的 为降低居家帕金森病患者药物漏服率，规范患者准时用药，强化患者对药物的认知和态度，对家庭护理干预的影响效果进行探究。方法 以2023年1月-2024年12月为研究时间，择取期间内本院收治的居家帕金森病患者中的50例为研究对象，给予患者家庭护理干预，对比护理干预前后患者的服药情况及患者对药物的认知和态度评分。结果 家庭护理干预后患者药物漏服率明显低于护理干预前，患者对药物的认知和态度评分更高，数据差异明显，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论 家庭护理干预对降低居家帕金森病患者药物漏服率的影响效果显著，可以更好的规范患者准时用药，提高患者对药物的认知和态度，获得满意的护理效果，建议推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To reduce the medication non-adherence rate among home-based Parkinson's disease patients, standardize their timely medication use, and enhance their understanding and attitudes towards medications, this study investigates the impact of family nursing interventions. Methods This study was conducted from January 2023 to December 2024, involving 50 home-based Parkinson's disease patients treated at our hospital during this period. Patients received family nursing interventions, and the medication adherence and patient perception and attitude scores were compared before and after the intervention. Results After the family nursing intervention, the medication non-adherence rate was significantly lower than before the intervention, and patients 'perceptions and attitudes towards medications improved significantly. The data showed a significant difference, P<0.05, indicating statistical significance. Conclusion Family nursing interventions effectively reduce the medication non-adherence rate among home-based Parkinson's disease patients, better standardize their timely medication use, improve their understanding and attitudes towards medications, and achieve satisfactory nursing outcomes. It is recommended that these interventions be widely applied.
