Study on the nursing effect of a simple ventricular drainage fixation device in patients after ventricular drainage
一种简易脑室引流固定装置在脑室外引流术后患者的护理效果研究

摘要

目的 评估基于涡轮蜗杆机构的简易脑室引流固定装置在术后护理中的应用效果。方法 将建德市第一人民医院神经外科2023年1月至2024年12月收治的40例脑室引流术患者随机分为观察组与对照组各20例，分别使用新型与常规固定方式。比较两组在固定耗时、术后并发症及患者满意度方面的差异。结果 观察组固定耗时显著少于对照组（3.75±0.85 vs. 28.85±6.75 分钟，P<0.001），术后并发症发生率较低，患者满意度评分显著更高（P<0.001）。结论 新型固定装置可提升护理效率，减少并发症，改善患者体验，具有良好的临床应用前景，建议开展进一步研究以验证其推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of a simple ventricular drainage fixation device based on a turbine-worm mechanism in postoperative nursing care.
Methods Forty patients undergoing ventricular drainage in Jiande First People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were randomly divided into observation and control groups (n=20 each). The observation group used the new device, while the control group used conventional fixation. Outcomes included fixation time, postoperative complications, and patient satisfaction.
Results The observation group had significantly shorter fixation time (3.75±0.85 vs. 28.85±6.75 min, P<0.001), lower complication rates, and higher satisfaction scores (P<0.001).
Conclusion   The new fixation device improves nursing efficiency, reduces complications, and enhances patient satisfaction, showing promising clinical value. Further studies are recommended to validate its safety and effectiveness.
