Observation on the efficacy of Zhuang medicine's "Gun Dan" therapy in treating patients with fever after liver cancer interventional surgery and nursing experience
壮医滚蛋疗法治疗肝癌介入术后发热患者的疗效观察及护理体会

摘要

目的 探究壮医滚蛋疗法治疗肝癌介入术后发热患者的疗效和护理。方法 本研究选取2021年1月至2025年5月期间收治的28例肝癌介入术后出现发热症状的患者，采用随机分组法分为对照组与实验组，各14例。对照组采取常规护理措施联合温水擦浴，实验组在常规护理基础上联合应用壮医滚蛋疗法。比较两组患者的体温恢复时间、症状评分、舒适度评分及退热药物使用率，评估干预效果。结果 干预后，实验组患者体温恢复时间显著短于对照组（P < 0.05），发热相关伴随症状缓解时间更短，舒适度评分明显提高，退热药物使用率明显降低（P < 0.05）。结论 在肝癌介入治疗术后护理中，联合应用壮医滚蛋疗法能有效改善患者发热症状，加快退热进程，提升患者整体舒适度，减少退热药物使用，具备良好的临床应用价值，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the efficacy and nursing value of Zhuang medicine Gundan (egg-rolling) therapy in managing postoperative fever in patients undergoing interventional treatment for liver cancer.
Methods A total of 28 patients with postoperative fever following liver cancer interventional therapy, admitted between January 2021 and May 2025, were selected for this study. Using random assignment, patients were divided into a control group (n = 14) and an experimental group (n = 14). The control group received routine nursing care combined with warm water sponge bathing, while the experimental group received routine nursing care plus Zhuang medicine Gundan therapy. The two groups were compared in terms of time to normalization of body temperature, symptom scores, comfort scores, and usage rate of antipyretic medications to evaluate the intervention outcomes.
Results After intervention, the experimental group demonstrated a significantly shorter time to body temperature normalization (P < 0.05), faster relief of fever-related symptoms, higher comfort scores, and a significantly lower rate of antipyretic medication use compared to the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of Zhuang medicine Gundan therapy with routine nursing care can effectively improve fever symptoms in postoperative liver cancer patients, accelerate fever resolution, enhance overall patient comfort, and reduce reliance on antipyretic medications. This approach has good clinical value and is worthy of further promotion.
