院校学员军事训练伤的预防与护理

摘要

目的 院校学员军事训练伤的预防措施与护理策略研究。方法 本研究以116名某院校新学员为研究对象，采用随机分组将其均分为两组。对照组（n=58）接受常规预防护理方案，研究组（n=58）实施针对性的预防护理策略。系统评估两组干预措施的实施效果差异。结果 与对照组相比，研究组在军事训练伤的发生率以及症状自评量表评分方面均显著降低；同时，研究组的功能性动作筛查量表评分以及军事训练伤相关问卷的得分情况明显更佳，差异具备统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对院校学员实施军事训练伤的针对性预防及护理干预，可有效降低训练伤发生概率，进而保障军事训练活动的规范有序开展。

Abstract

Objective Research on preventive measures and nursing strategies for military training injuries of college cadets.
Methods In this study, 116 new students from a university were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n=58) received a routine preventive care program, and the study group (n=58) implemented a targeted preventive care strategy. To systematically assess the difference in the effectiveness of the implementation of interventions between the two groups
Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of military training injuries and the score of the symptom self-rating scale were significantly reduced in the study group. At the same time, the scores of the functional action screening scale and the questionnaire related to military training injuries in the study group were significantly better, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The targeted prevention and nursing intervention of military training injuries for college cadets can effectively reduce the probability of training injuries and ensure the standardized and orderly development of military training activities.
