New research progress on the application of humanistic management concepts in neurosurgery nursing
人性化管理理念在神经外科手术护理中的应用研究新进展

摘要

目的 研究应用人性化管理理念在神经外科手术中的效果。方法 以我院神经外科手术治疗的100例患者进行研究，通过随机分成对照组和观察组，每组：50例，对照组：常规护理方式，观察组：在常规护理方式期间融入人性化护理管理模式。观察和比较2组的临床护理应用效果。结果 观察组护理工作的满意度和对护理人员的信任度均高于对照组，术中低体温、压力性损伤、脑出血发生率、护理纠纷的发生率、护理缺陷的发生率低于对照组。差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在神经外科手术护理期间，融入人性化护理管理，可以提升护理质量，有利于改善医护患关系，降低护理纠纷、压力性损伤、脑出血等并发症的发生率，值得普及和应用。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of applying the concept of humanized management in neurosurgery.
Methods A study was conducted on 100 patients who underwent neurosurgery in our hospital. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the observation group was integrated with a humanized nursing management model during the conventional nursing care period. Observe and compare the clinical nursing application effects of the two groups.
Results The satisfaction with the nursing work and the trust in the nursing staff in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group, while the incidences of intraoperative hypothermia, pressure injury, cerebral hemorrhage, nursing disputes, and nursing defects were lower than those in the control group. The differences were all statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   During the nursing period of neurosurgery, integrating humanized nursing management can improve the quality of nursing, be conducive to improving the doctor-patient relationship, and reduce the incidence of complications such as nursing disputes, stress injuries, and cerebral hemorrhage. It is worthy of popularization and application.
