Value of targeted nursing intervention for exercise-induced rhabdomyolysis
运动性横纹肌溶解症的针对性护理干预价值

摘要

目的 分析运动性横纹肌溶解症的针对性护理干预价值。方法 选择我院收治的运动性横纹肌溶解症患者40例，将其按照随机分组方法分为对照组（20例，使用常规护理）和试验组（20例，使用针对性护理干预），对两组的护理效果进行收集和分析对比。结果 试验组患者的血尿素氮、血清肌酐以及肌酸激酶同工酶等生化指标改善情况显著优于对照组患者。同时，试验组患者的护理满意度评分相较对照组亦呈现更高水平，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对性护理干预可以有效缓解运动性横纹肌溶解症患者的临床症状，提高患者的满意度，有较优的干预价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of targeted nursing intervention for exercise-induced rhabdomyolysis.
Methods A total of 40 patients with exercise-induced rhabdomyolysis admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into control group (20 cases, using routine nursing) and experimental group (20 cases, using targeted nursing intervention) according to the randomization method, and the nursing effects of the two groups were collected, analyzed, and compared.
Results The improvement of blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and creatine kinase isoenzyme in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group. At the same time, the nursing satisfaction scores of the patients in the experimental group were also higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with exercise-induced rhabdomyolysis, improve patient satisfaction, and have better intervention value.
