摘要
目的 分析视频宣教联合Teach-back模式在肺消融术患者健康指导中的应用。方法 本研究开展时间段为2024年4月至2025年3月,实验对象为肺消融术患者(n=20),并随机分为两组,其中对照组(n=10)采用常规健康指导,观察组(n=10)在对照组基础上采用视频宣教联合Teach-back模式,比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组患者的健康知识掌握率明显高于对照组患者,(p<0.05)。观察组患者在服药指导、心理辅导、知识教育、病情监测四个方面的得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后的生活质量平均得分明显高于对照组生活质量平均分,(P<0.05)。结论 对肺消融术患者健康指导中实施视频宣教联合Teach-back模式,提高了患者的健康知识掌握率以及自我护理能力,提升了患者的生活质量,值得临床进一步推广。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application of video education combined with the Teach - back model in health guidance for patients undergoing lung ablation. Methods This study was carried out from April 2024 to March 2025. The subjects were 20 patients undergoing lung ablation, who were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n = 10) received routine health guidance, while the observation group (n = 10) received video education combined with the Teach - back model on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The mastery rate of health knowledge of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group (p < 0.05). The scores of patients in the observation group in four aspects including medication guidance, psychological counseling, knowledge education, and disease monitoring were all higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The average score of the quality of life of patients in the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing video education combined with the Teach - back model in health guidance for patients undergoing lung ablation can improve patients' mastery rate of health knowledge and self - care ability, and enhance their quality of life, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
