优质护理在冠心病护理中的效果分析

摘要

目的 探究分析优质护理在冠心病护理中的效果。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月期间，院内冠心病患者共102例，作为此次研究对象。结合随机数表法，将102例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用优质护理，对比两组心功能状态，心理状态以及生活质量。结果 干预前两组心功能状态，心理状态以及生活质量对比，P＞0.05，差异无统计学意义。干预后观察组心功能状态优于对照组，SAS、SDS评分低于对照组，SF-36评分高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 优质护理可显著改善患者心功能状态，心理状态以及生活质量，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effectiveness of high-quality nursing in the care of coronary heart disease.
Methods A total of 102 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects. Using the random number table method, 102 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received high-quality care. The heart function status, psychological state, and quality of life of the two groups were compared.
Results Comparison of cardiac function status, psychological status, and quality of life between the two groups before intervention, P＞0.05, The difference is not statistically significant. After intervention, the cardiac function status of the observation group was better than that of the control group, with SAS and SDS scores lower than those of the control group, and SF-36 scores higher than those of the control group, P＜0.05, The difference is statistically significant.
Conclusion   High quality nursing can significantly improve patients' cardiac function status, psychological state, and quality of life, and is worthy of promotion and application.
