摘要
目的 对于骨科脊柱手术俯卧位压疮预防的新型护理材料应用与效果开展讨论分析。方法 选择我院2023年9月-2024年9月所接收的361例骨科脊柱手术患者为研究对象，随机分成两个组（观察组/对照组），两个组用不同的护理材料（新型护理材料/常规护理），把两组进行护理后的压疮出现情况和患者的满意率以及日常生活质量进行对比。结果 观察组护理后的压疮出现率（2.78%）比对照组低，护理满意度[护患关系（90.53±5.24）分，康复护理（90.16±4.17）分，护理技术（92.28±5.26）分，护理态度（90.70±5.37）分，护理效果（90.44±5.27）分]高于对照组，生活质量[躯体功能（78.32±7.23）分，角色功能（76.31±8.15）分，情绪功能（79.85±6.43）分，认知功能（82.82±9.58）分，社会功能（81.56±8.37）分]也高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 新型护理材料在骨科脊柱手术俯卧位患者的压疮预防中应用效果明显，可明显降低压疮风险，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective This study aims to discuss and analyze the application and effectiveness of a new nursing material for preventing pressure ulcers in patients undergoing spinal surgery in a prone position. Methods A total of 361 patients who underwent spinal surgery at our hospital's 2023.09-2024.09 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into two groups (observation group and control group). Both groups received different nursing materials (new nursing material and conventional nursing). The incidence of pressure ulcers, patient satisfaction, and quality of life were compared between the two groups after nursing. Results The incidence of pressure ulcers in the observation group (2.78%) was significantly lower than that in the control group. The nursing satisfaction scores [nurse-patient relationship (90.53±5.24), rehabilitation nursing (90.16±4.17), nursing skills (92.28±5.26), nursing attitude (90.70±5.37), nursing effect (90.44±5.27)] were higher in the observation group than in the control group. The quality of life scores [somatic function (78.32±7.23), role function (76.31±8.15), emotional function (79.85±6.43), cognitive function (82.82±9.58), social function (81.56±8.37)] were also higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the new nursing material in preventing pressure ulcers in patients undergoing spinal surgery in a prone position is highly effective, significantly reducing the risk of pressure ulcers. It is recommended for widespread promotion and application.
