The effect of psychological nursing intervention on the compliance of patients after osteotomy
心理护理干预对整骨术后患者依从性的促进作用

摘要

目的 探讨心理护理干预对整骨术后患者依从性的促进作用，明确有效的心理护理措施在提高患者治疗配合度、促进术后康复方面的价值，为优化整骨术后护理方案提供依据。方法 选取近一年在我院接受整骨手术的100例患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组50例。对照组采用常规术后护理，包括伤口护理、疼痛管理、康复指导等；实验组在常规护理基础上实施心理护理干预。结果 实验组康复训练完成率（92.0%）高于对照组（74.0%）；用药依从性（94.0%）高于对照组（78.0%）；复诊按时率（90.0%）高于对照组（72.0%），差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 心理护理干预能够显著提高整骨术后患者的依从性，有助于患者更好地配合治疗和康复，对促进患者术后恢复、改善预后具有积极意义，值得在临床护理中广泛推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the promoting effect of psychological nursing intervention on patient compliance after orthopedic surgery, clarify the value of effective psychological nursing measures in improving patient cooperation with treatment and promoting postoperative recovery, and provide a basis for optimizing the nursing plan after orthopedic surgery.
Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent orthopedic surgery at our hospital in the past year were selected as research subjects, randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine postoperative care, including wound care, pain management, and rehabilitation guidance; the experimental group received psychological nursing intervention in addition to routine care.
Results The completion rate of rehabilitation training (92.0%) was higher in the experimental group than in the control group (74.0%); medication compliance (94.0%) was higher in the experimental group than in the control group (78.0%); the rate of timely follow-up visits (90.0%) was higher in the experimental group than in the control group (72.0%), all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion   Psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve patient compliance after orthopedic surgery, helping patients better cooperate with treatment and recovery, which has positive implications for promoting postoperative recovery and improving prognosis, and is worthy of widespread application in clinical nursing.
