Analysis of the application effect and satisfaction of Psychological Intervention in the nursing of liver cirrhosis
心理干预在肝硬化护理中的应用效果及满意度分析

摘要

目的 探讨心理护理干预在肝硬化患者中的应用效果的影响。方法 对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施心理护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果及生存质量。结果 观察组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生率、住院时间均低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的生理功能、心理状态、社会关系、环境适应等方面得分均高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 心理护理干预在肝硬化患者中的应用效果显著，能有效降低并发症发生率，缩短住院时间，提高患者的生存质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with liver cirrhosis.
Methods Patients in the control group were given routine care, while patients in the observation group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine care. The nursing effects and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results The nursing satisfaction, complication rate and hospital stay of patients in the observation group were all lower than those of patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of patients in the observation group in terms of physiological function, psychological state, social relationship, environmental adaptation, etc. were all higher than those of patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with liver cirrhosis is remarkable. It can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the length of hospital stay, and improve the quality of life of patients.
