The value of quality control circle activities in the intensive care team for patients undergoing prone position ventilation
重症护理小组品管圈活动在俯卧位通气患者中的价值

摘要

目的 分析讨论重症护理小组品管圈活动在俯卧位通气患者中的影响效果。方法 选择我院2024年1月-2024年12月所接收的50例俯卧位通气患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组（重症护理小组品管圈活动）与对照组（常规护理），将两组护理后的呼吸力学指标与综合指标评分相比较。结果 观察组呼吸力学指标改善度[气道阻力（9.12±1.98）cmH₂O/（L.s），呼吸做功（0.34±0.12）J/L，动态顺应性（35.25±5.01）mL/cmH₂O]与综合指标评分[护理质量评分（93.51±7.82）分，健康教育评分（80.12±8.13）分，综合素质评分（92.81±6.76）分]均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 重症护理小组品管圈活动在俯卧位通气患者中效果明显，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the impact of quality control circle activities in critical care teams on patients undergoing prone position ventilation.
Methods Fifty patients who received prone position ventilation in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an observation group (intensive care group quality control circle activity) and a control group (routine nursing). The respiratory mechanics indicators and comprehensive index scores of the two groups after nursing were compared.
Results The improvement of respiratory mechanics indicators in the observation group [airway resistance (9.12±1.98) cmH₂O/(L.s), respiratory work (0.34±0.12) J/L, dynamic compliance (35.25±5.01) mL/cmH₂O] and comprehensive index scores [nursing quality score (93.51±7.82) points, health education score (80.12±8.13) points, comprehensive quality score (92.81±6.76) points] were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The quality control circle activity of the intensive care team has a significant effect on patients undergoing prone ventilation and is worthy of wide promotion and application.
