To observe the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing on the prognosis of patients with ovarian tumors during pregnancy
观察围手术期综合性护理对妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者预后的影响

摘要

目的 观察围手术期综合性护理对妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者预后的影响。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月本院收治的妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者80例进行研究，采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上开展围手术期综合性护理。观察两组患者手术相关指标、术后恢复情况、母婴并发症发生情况。结果 观察组手术时间短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者术后排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组，术后疼痛评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组母婴并发症总发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 围手术期综合性护理可有效改善妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者的手术效果，促进术后恢复。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the impact of comprehensive perioperative care on the prognosis of pregnant women with ovarian tumors.
Methods A total of 80 pregnant women with ovarian tumors admitted to our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected for the study. Using a random number table, the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group, each consisting of 40 cases. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received comprehensive perioperative care in addition to routine care. The study observed the surgical-related indicators, postoperative recovery, and maternal and infant complications in both groups.
Results The observation group had shorter surgery time and less intraoperative bleeding compared to the control group (P<0.05). Additionally, the observation group had shorter postoperative gas release time and hospital stay, and lower postoperative pain scores (P<0.05). The total incidence of maternal and infant complications in the observation group was also lower than in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive perioperative care can effectively improve the surgical outcomes and promote postoperative recovery in pregnant women with ovarian tumors.
