摘要
目的 分析全程细节护理管理用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的作用。方法 随机均分2023年6月-2025年5月本院接诊腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人（N=82）。试验组采取全程细节护理管理，对照组行常规护理管理。对比胃肠道恢复时间等指标。结果 关于住院和胃肠道恢复时间：试验组（4.97±0.83）d、（15.24±3.14）h，对照组（5.98±0.94）d、（19.41±4.05）h，差异显著（P＜0.05）。并发症数据：试验组2.44%，对照组14.63%，P＜0.05。VAS评分：干预后，试验组（1.51±0.31）分，对照组（2.14±0.52）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组95.12%，对照组78.05%，P＜0.05。结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人用全程细节护理管理，病情康复更快，疼痛缓解与满意度提高及并发症预防效果均更好。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive detailed nursing management on laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy at our hospital from June 2023 to May 2025 were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received comprehensive detailed nursing management, while the control group received routine nursing management. The recovery time of the gastrointestinal tract and other indicators were compared. Results Regarding hospitalization and gastrointestinal recovery time, the experimental group (4.97±0.83) days, (15.24±3.14) hours, and the control group (5.98±0.94) days, (19.41±4.05) hours, showed significant differences (P<0.05). In terms of complications, the experimental group had 2.44%, and the control group had 14.63%, with a P<0.05. For VAS scores, the experimental group scored 1.51±0.31, and the control group scored 2.14±0.52, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Satisfaction levels were 95.12% for the experimental group and 78.05% for the control group, with a P<0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive detailed nursing management for laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients leads to faster recovery, better pain relief, higher satisfaction, and better prevention of complications.
