Research progress on the application of health education intervention in the nursing effect of chronic gastritis
健康教育干预应用于慢性胃炎护理效果的研究进展

摘要

慢性胃炎属于临床中常见的一种疾病，在各种原因的影响下，患者胃黏膜伴有慢性非萎缩性炎症性疾病，由于没有特定的疾病临床表现，大多数患者伴有胃上部肿胀和疼痛、泛酸、嗳气和食欲下降。由于该病病程较长，患者需进行长期居家休养康复，大部分患者缺乏足够的自我管理能力，出院准备度较低，从而导致不良后果。健康教育旨在提供科学、合理的康复计划，更好地满足患者护理需求，提高整体生活质量，因此探讨护理干预措施对该疾病具有极其重要的意义。本文综述了健康教育干预应用于慢性胃炎护理效果的研究进展，以提升患者预后并促进其恢复。

Abstract

Chronic gastritis is a common disease in clinical practice. Under the influence of various reasons, patients' gastric mucosa is accompanied by chronic non atrophic inflammatory diseases. Due to the lack of specific clinical manifestations of the disease, most patients are accompanied by upper gastric swelling and pain, acid reflux, belching, and decreased appetite. Due to the long course of the disease, patients need to undergo long-term home rest and rehabilitation. Most patients lack sufficient self-management ability and have low preparation for discharge, resulting in adverse consequences. Health education aims to provide scientific and reasonable rehabilitation plans, better meet the nursing needs of patients, and improve overall quality of life. Therefore, exploring nursing intervention measures for this disease is of great significance. This article reviews the research progress on the application of health education intervention in the care of chronic gastritis, in order to improve patient prognosis and promote their recovery.
