Impact of bloom's target teaching theory on the operational ability and teaching satisfaction of nursing interns in the department of joint and sports medicine
Bloom目标教学理论对关节运动医学科护理实习生操作能力及教学满意度的影响

摘要

目的 探讨Bloom目标教学理论在关节运动医学科护理实习生教学中的应用效果，分析其对实习生操作能力、理论成绩及教学满意度的影响。方法 选取关节运动医学科2023年1月1日至10月31日的28名护理实习生作为对照组，采用传统实习路径表教学；2023年11月1日至2024年11月30日的28名护理实习生作为观察组，基于Bloom目标教学理论，从认知、动作技能、情感三大领域制定分阶段实习计划，设置由浅入深的考查重点。结果 观察组理论成绩高于对照组（P＞0.05），操作考核成绩（P＜0.05）及对带教老师满意度（P＜0.05）均显著高于对照组。结论 Bloom目标教学理论在关节运动医学科护理实习生教学中的应用，可显著提升实习生操作技能及教学满意度，具有重要教学实践价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application of Bloom's Taxonomy in teaching nursing interns in the Department of Joint Sports Medicine, and to analyze its impact on the interns'operational skills, theoretical scores, and teaching satisfaction.
Methods A total of 28 nursing interns from January 1 to October 31,2023, were selected as the control group and taught using the traditional internship path table method;28nursing interns from November 1, 2023, to November 30, 2024, were selected as the observation group. Based on Bloom's Taxonomy, a phased internship plan was developed, focusing on cognitive, motor skills, and affective domains, with progressively more challenging assessment points.
Results The theoretical scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P>0.05), and the operational assessment scores(P<0.05) and teaching satisfaction(P<0.05) were also significantly higher than those of the control group.
Conclusion   The application of Bloom's goal teaching theory in the teaching of nursing interns in joint sports medicine can significantly improve the operational skills and teaching satisfaction of interns, which has important practical value.
