The effect of ear acupressure combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on hearing recovery, dizziness symptoms, and quality of life in patients with sudden deafness and dizziness
耳穴压豆联合中西医结合护理对突发性耳聋伴眩晕患者听力恢复、眩晕症状及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨耳穴压豆联合中西医结合护理对突发性耳聋伴眩晕患者听力恢复、眩晕症状及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2024年1月—2024年12月内收治的66例突发性耳聋伴眩晕患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组33例。对照组采取常规治疗及护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用耳穴压豆联合中西医结合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果 护理干预前，两组眩晕症状评分与焦虑、抑郁评分差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。护理干预后，观察组眩晕症状评分低于对照组，焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组听力水平优于对照组（P<0.05），生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 耳穴压豆联合中西医结合护理可有效促进突发性耳聋伴眩晕患者的听力恢复，改善其眩晕症状和心理状态，提高生活质量，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of ear acupressure combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on hearing recovery, dizziness symptoms, and quality of life in patients with sudden deafness and vertigo.
Methods 66 patients with sudden deafness accompanied by dizziness admitted between January 2024 and December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 33 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment and nursing, while the observation group received ear acupressure combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on the basis of the control group. Compare the nursing effects of two groups.
Results Before nursing intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of dizziness symptoms, anxiety, and depression between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing intervention, the observation group had lower scores for dizziness symptoms than the control group, and lower scores for anxiety and depression than the control group (P<0.05); The listening level of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Ear acupressure combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing can effectively promote the hearing recovery of patients with sudden deafness and dizziness, improve their dizziness symptoms and psychological state, and enhance their quality of life. It has high practical value.
