The clinical efficacy of Lei Huo moxibustion combined with Zhuang medicine application in the treatment of liver cancer patients with pain
雷火灸联合壮医敷贴治疗肝癌疼痛患者的临床疗效

摘要

目的 分析肝癌疼痛患者接受雷火灸联合壮医敷贴治疗的临床效果。方法 采集我院2023年1月-2024年1月肝癌疼痛患者60例，利用电脑随机等分形式，将患者分入参照组及研究组，并给予参照组常规护理干预，研究组以常规护理为基础采用雷火灸联合壮医敷贴治疗干预。观察两组干预效果。结果 两组研究数据体现，与参照组对比，患者疼痛评分、中医证候积分、血清P物质水平各项数据均见研究组较低，血清β-内啡肽见研究组较高，两组差异明显，且研究组具有优势性。结论 肝癌疼痛患者接受雷火灸联合壮医敷贴治疗的临床效果理想，能够明显缓解患者疼痛感，减轻中医症状，同时有效调节血清β-内啡肽及P物质水平，效果得到医护患认可，建议广泛应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Thunder Fire Moxibustion combined with Zhuang Medicine Patch treatment on patients with liver cancer pain.
Methods A total of 60 patients with liver cancer pain in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were collected. The patients were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group using computer randomization. The reference group received routine nursing intervention, while the study group received a combination of thunder fire moxibustion and Zhuang medicine plaster treatment intervention based on routine nursing. Observe the effects of two intervention groups. The results showed that compared with the reference group, the pain score, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, and serum substance P level were all lower in the study group, while the serum β - endorphin level was higher in the study group. The difference between the two groups was significant, and the study group had an advantage.
Conclusion   The clinical effect of Thunder Fire Moxibustion combined with Zhuang Medicine Patch treatment on patients with liver cancer pain is ideal, which can significantly relieve patients' pain, alleviate traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, and effectively regulate serum β - endorphin and substance P levels. The effect has been recognized by medical staff and patients, and it is recommended to be widely used.
