Analysis of the application effect of humanistic quality education in urology nursing teaching achievement

摘要
目的 探究人文素质教育在泌尿外科护理教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年9月到2024年12月,含大二下学期末至大三全年的护理学专业60名学生为探究对象,随机分为对照组(30例,常规教学)与探究组(30例,常规教学+人文素质教育)。对比两组学生人文素质评分、护理技能、专业理论成绩,以及临床实习中患者的满意度。结果 探究组学生人文素质评分、护理操作技能、理论成绩以及临床实习中患者满意度评分均要高于对照组,差异明显均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在泌尿外科护理教学中融入人文素质教育,可有效提高学生的护理专业技能与人文素养,促进临床护理服务质量的提升。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic quality education in urological nursing teaching. Methods Sixty nursing students from our hospital from March 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group (30 cases, conventional teaching) and an exploration group (30 cases, conventional teaching + humanistic quality education). Compare the scores of humanistic qualities, nursing skills, professional theory, and patient satisfaction during clinical internships between two groups of students. Results The humanistic quality score, nursing operation skills, theoretical score, and patient satisfaction score in the exploration group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrating humanistic education into urological nursing teaching can effectively improve students' nursing professional skills and humanistic literacy, and promote the improvement of clinical nursing service quality.
