The impact of active health mode combined with risk assessment nursing on orthopedic perioperative patients
主动健康模式联合风险评估护理对骨科围术期患者的影响

摘要

目的 探讨主动健康模式联合风险评估护理在骨科围术期患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2024 年6月至2025 年3月某院骨科收治的78例手术患者作为观察对象，随机将患者分为对照组（39 例，采用常规护理）与观察组（39例，采用主动健康模式联合风险评估护理）。比较两组患者的术后疼痛评分、并发症发生率及康复情况。结果 干预后，观察组术后疼痛评分、并发症发生率及康复情况都优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 主动健康模式联合风险评估护理应用于骨科围术期患者的效果显著，可以有效改善患者的疼痛程度，降低并发症发生风险，促进患者康复进程，在骨科围术期的临床上具有推广和应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of active health mode combined with risk assessment nursing in orthopedic perioperative patients.
Methods 66 surgical patients admitted to the orthopedic department of a certain hospital from November 2023to July 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group (33 cases, receiving routine nursing) and an observation group (33 cases, receiving active health mode combined with risk assessment nursing). Compare the postoperative pain scores, incidence of complications, and rehabilitation status between two groups of patients.
Results After intervention, the observation group had better postoperative pain scores, incidence of complications, and rehabilitation status than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of active health mode combined with risk assessment nursing in orthopedic perioperative patients has significant effects, which can effectively improve the patient's pain level, reduce the risk of complications, promote the patient's recovery process, and have promotion and application value in the clinical practice of orthopedic perioperative.
