PBL联合案例教学法在神经内科临床护理教学中的应用

摘要

目的 将以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)联合案例教学法(CBL)用于神经内科临床护理教学中,对其应用价值进行分析。方法 选取2023.1~12在我院神经内科实习的40名护士为对照组,行常规教学(LBL),另选2024.1~12在我院神经内科实习的40名护士为观察组,实施PBL+CBL教学,对两组教学结果进行比较。结果 两组理论知识成绩、实践操作成绩比较,观察组更高(P<0.05);两组综合能力评分(沟通能力、独立思考能力、案例分析能力等7项)比较,观察组更高(P<0.05);两组教学满意度比较,观察组97.50%更高(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合CBL教学法用于神经内科临床护理教学中具有较高应用价值,既能提高实习护士理论知识与实践操作考核成绩,还可提高其综合能力,提高教学满意度,具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To apply the Problem-based Teaching method (PBL) combined with the Case teaching method (CBL) in the clinical nursing teaching of neurology and analyze its application value.
Methods Forty nurses who practiced in the neurology department of our hospital from January 1 to 12, 2022 were selected as the control group and underwent conventional teaching (LBL), and another 40 nurses who practiced in the neurology department of our hospital from January 1 to 12, 2022 were selected as the observation group and implemented PBL+CBL teaching. The teaching results of the two groups were compared.
Results Comparison of theoretical knowledge scores and practical operation scores between the two groups showed that the scores in the observation group were higher (P<0.05). The comparison of the comprehensive ability scores (7 items such as communication ability, independent thinking ability, and case analysis ability) between the two groups showed that the observation group was higher (P<0.05). The comparison of teaching satisfaction between the two groups showed that 97.50% was higher in the observation group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The PBL combined with CBL teaching method has high application value in the clinical nursing teaching of neurology. It can not only improve the theoretical knowledge and practical operation assessment scores of trainee nurses, but also enhance their comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction, and has promotion value.
