The application effect of CICARE communication care in patients after glaucoma combined with cataract surgery
CICARE沟通护理在青光眼合并白内障术后患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析青光眼合并白内障术后用CICARE沟通护理所起到的作用。方法：随机均分2024年1月-12月本院接诊青光眼合并白内障手术病人（n=60）。试验组采取CICARE沟通护理，对照组行常规护理。对比依从性等指标。结果：关于SDS和SAS评分：干预后，试验组低至（34.61±4.26）分、（33.14±3.97）分，对照组高达（47.37±5.04）分、（46.24±4.17）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。依从性：试验组100.0%，对照组86.67%，P＜0.05。护理质量：试验组高达（98.19±1.04）分，对照组只有（92.31±1.82）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组96.67%，对照组80.0%，P＜0.05。结论：青光眼合并白内障手术病人用CICARE沟通护理，病人的心态改善更加显著，依从性与满意度也都更高，护理质量更好。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the role of CICARE communication nursing after glaucoma complicated with cataract surgery.
Methods Randomly and equally divide the patients with glaucoma complicated with cataract surgery admitted to our hospital from January to December 2024 (n=60). The experimental group received CICARE communication care, while the control group received routine care. Compare indicators such as compliance.
Results Regarding the SDS and SAS scores: After the intervention, the experimental group was as low as (34.61±4.26) points and (33.14±3.97) points, while the control group was as high as (47.37±5.04) points and (46.24±4.17) points, with a significant difference (P < 0.05). Compliance: 100.0% in the experimental group and 86.67% in the control group, P < 0.05. Nursing quality: The experimental group was as high as (98.19±1.04) points, while the control group was only (92.31±1.82) points, with a significant difference (P < 0.05). Satisfaction rate: 96.67% in the experimental group and 80.0% in the control group, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   For patients undergoing glaucoma combined with cataract surgery who receive CICARE communication care, the improvement in their mentality is more significant, their compliance and satisfaction are also higher, and the quality of care is better.
