摘要
目的 探究优质护理理念在手术患者手术室护理实践中的应用成效以及患者的满意度。方法 选择160例心脏手术患者（2024年1月到2024年11月），随机分2组，各80例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用优质护理，比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组满意度评分高于对照组，SAS、SDS评分及并发症发生率低于对照组，组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 手术室采用优质护理可以减轻患者消极情绪，降低并发症发生率，提高患者的满意度，值得推荐。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of high-quality nursing in the operating room nursing practice of surgical patients and the satisfaction of patients. Methods 160 patients undergoing cardiac surgery (from January 2024 to November 2024) were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, with 80 cases in each group. The control group received conventional care, while the observation group received high-quality care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while the scores of SAS and SDS and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group. The differences between the groups were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The adoption of high-quality nursing in the operating room can alleviate patients' negative emotions, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patients' satisfaction. It is worthy of recommendation.
