摘要
腰椎间盘突出症（Lumbar Disc Herniation, LDH）是一种常见的脊柱疾病，主要表现为腰部疼痛、下肢放射痛及神经功能障碍。随着生活方式的改变和人口老龄化的加剧，该病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。非手术治疗作为LDH的一线治疗方法，在缓解症状、促进康复、提高患者生活质量方面具有重要意义。近年来，护理干预在非手术治疗中的作用日益受到重视。本文综述了腰椎间盘突出症非手术治疗中常用的护理措施，包括体位管理、疼痛护理、心理支持、健康教育、中医护理及康复指导等方面的护理进展，旨在为临床护理实践提供参考。

Abstract
Lumbar Disc Herniation (LDH) is a common spinal disease characterized by lower back pain, lower limb radiating pain, and neurological dysfunction. With the change of life style and the aggravation of population aging, the incidence rate of the disease is increasing year by year. Non surgical treatment, as a first-line treatment for LDH, is of great significance in relieving symptoms, promoting recovery, and improving patients' quality of life. In recent years, the role of nursing intervention in non-surgical treatment has been increasingly emphasized. This article reviews the nursing measures commonly used in non-surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation, including position management, pain management, psychological support, health education, traditional Chinese medicine nursing, and rehabilitation guidance. The aim is to provide reference for clinical nursing practice.
