摘要
目的 将垂直管理用于医院护理管理中,对其应用效果进行探究。方法 选取2023.1~12我院383名护士为对照组,实施常规管理,另选2024.1~12我院405名护士为观察组,实施垂直管理,对两组管理效果进行比较。 结果 两组基础管理、健康教育等5项护理管理质量评分比较,观察组明显更高(P<0.05);两组MBI、SAS评分比较,观察组更低(P<0.05);两组管理差错事件发生率比较,观察组2.35%更低(P<0.05);两组岗位工作满意度比较,观察组97.65%更高(P<0.05)。 结论 对护理部来说,实施垂直管理可提高医院护理管理质量,减轻护士直觉倦怠感及焦虑情绪,提高护士对于岗位工作的满意度,还可减少护理差错事件发生,具有推广意义。

Abstract
Objective To apply vertical management in hospital nursing management and explore its application effect. Methods 383 nurses from our hospital from January 1 to December 2022 were selected as the control group and received routine management. Another 405 nurses from our hospital from January 1 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group and received vertical management. The management effects of the two groups were compared. Results Comparison of the scores of five nursing management quality items such as basic management and health education between the two groups showed that the score of the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05). The comparison of MBI and SAS scores between the two groups showed that the scores in the observation group were lower (P<0.05). The comparison of the incidence of management error events between the two groups showed that 2.35% in the observation group was lower (P<0.05). The comparison of job satisfaction between the two groups of positions showed that 97.65% was higher in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion For the nursing department, implementing vertical management can improve the quality of hospital nursing management, reduce nurses' intuitive burnout and anxiety, increase nurses' satisfaction with their job positions, and also reduce the occurrence of nursing error events. It has promotional significance.
