核医学科放射防护与护理管理措施研究

摘要

目的 研究核医学科放射诊疗过程，提出具体的防护与护理管理措施。方法 将2023年7月—2024年7月接受核医学科放射诊疗的74例患者纳入研究，随机分为研究组与参考组，每组37例。参考组给予普通放射防护与护理管理，研究组给予核医学科放射防护与护理管理，比较两组不良事件评分、护理满意评分、放射治疗依从评分。结果 研究组不良事件评分低于参考组，护理满意评分、放射治疗依从评分均低于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 核医学科放射防护与护理管理措施具有必要性，通过采取专业的防护和护理管理措施，减少放射诊疗过程中的不良事件，提高患者满意指数及依从度，推动放射诊疗顺利开展。

Abstract

Objective To study the process of radiation diagnosis and treatment in nuclear medicine and propose specific protective and nursing management measures.
Methods 74 patients who received radiation diagnosis and treatment in nuclear medicine from July 2023 to July 2024 were included in the study and randomly divided into a study group and a reference group, with 37 patients in each group. The reference group received general radiation protection and nursing management, while the research group received radiation protection and nursing management from the nuclear medicine department. The adverse event scores, nursing satisfaction scores, and radiation therapy compliance scores were compared between the two groups.
Results The adverse event score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group, and the nursing satisfaction score and radiation therapy compliance score were both lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   It is necessary to implement radiation protection and nursing management measures in the nuclear medicine department. By adopting professional protection and nursing management measures, adverse events during radiation diagnosis and treatment can be reduced, patient satisfaction index and compliance can be improved, and smooth radiation diagnosis and treatment can be promoted.
