High quality clinical nursing analysis of dot matrix laser treatment for acne scars
点阵激光治疗痤疮瘢痕的优质化临床护理分析

摘要

目的 观察分析点阵激光治疗痤疮瘢痕的优质化临床护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选择院内接受点阵激光治疗的60例痤疮瘢痕患者（样本纳入例数：60例；样本纳入时间：2023年5月至2024年5月），以随机数字为基础分组方式，分为对照、实验两个小组，观察例数高度一致。分别实施常规护理，优质化临床护理。收集分析护理效果。结果 与对照组（常规护理）相比，实验组（优质化临床护理）疼痛程度评分、痤疮瘢痕评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分更低，生活质量评分（角色功能/情绪功能/认知功能/社会功能/躯体功能/总体健康）更高，并发症发生率更低，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 优质化临床护理可以有效减少接受点阵激光治疗的痤疮瘢痕患者并发症发生率，缓解疼痛促进恢复，改善负性情绪和生活质量，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective Observation and analysis of the clinical efficacy and application value of high-quality clinical nursing of dot matrix laser treatment for acne scars.
Methods Sixty patients with acne scars who received dot matrix laser treatment in the hospital were selected (sample included: 60 cases; sample included time: May 2023 to May 2024), and were randomly divided into control and experimental groups based on random numbers. The number of observed cases was highly consistent. Implement routine nursing and high-quality clinical nursing separately. Collect and analyze nursing outcomes.
Results Compared with the control group (conventional nursing), the experimental group (high-quality clinical nursing) had lower pain level scores, acne scar scores, anxiety scores, and depression scores, higher quality of life scores (role function/emotional function/cognitive function/social function/physical function/overall health), and lower incidence of complications, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   High quality clinical nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in acne scar patients receiving dot matrix laser treatment, relieve pain, promote recovery, improve negative emotions and quality of life, and has high application value.
