气管切开术后患者呼吸道管理中循证护理的应用效果

摘要

目的 围绕气管切开术后患者呼吸道管理中循证护理的应用效果展开探究。方法 本研究纳入本院接受气管切开手术治疗的90例患者作为研究样本，遵循随机化分配原则，将患者科学且均衡地分配至两个组别：对照组（45名，实施常规护理）；研究组（28名，采用循证护理）。对比两组护理效果。结果 与对照组相比，研究组患者的动脉血氧分压显著升高，而动脉血二氧化碳分压与碱剩余指标则显著降低；此外，研究组患者并发症的发生概率明显更低，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在气管切开术后患者的呼吸道护理实践中，循证护理能够有效优化患者的血气分析指标，同时显著降低并发症的发生风险。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in respiratory management of patients after tracheotomy.
Methods This study included 90 patients who underwent tracheotomy surgery in our hospital as the research sample. Following the principle of randomized allocation, the patients were scientifically and evenly divided into two groups: the control group (45 patients, receiving routine care); Research group (28 participants, using evidence-based nursing). Compare the nursing effects of two groups. Compared with the control group, the arterial oxygen partial pressure of the study group patients significantly increased, while the arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure and alkaline residue index significantly decreased; In addition, the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the practice of respiratory care for patients after tracheotomy, evidence-based nursing can effectively optimize their blood gas analysis indicators and significantly reduce the risk of complications.
