摘要
目的 探究在癌痛患者中应用Teach-back健康教育模式对于提升患者自我管理效果的价值;方法 以前瞻性研究选取2023年1月-2024年12月我院收治的80例癌痛患者,随机数字法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组为常规健康教育,观察组采用Teach-back健康教育模式;结果 观察组BQ问卷各维度评分及自护能力评分上均显优(P<0.05);结论 对癌痛患者应用Teach-back健康教育模式,能够增强患者对癌痛的控制效果,提升自护能力,应用效果良好。

Abstract
Objective To explore the value of applying the Teach back health education model in cancer pain patients to enhance their self-management effectiveness; Method A prospective study selected 80 cancer pain patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine health education, while the observation group received Teach back health education; Result The observation group showed significant improvement in all dimensions of the BQ questionnaire and self-care ability scores (P<0.05); Conclusion Applying the Teach back health education model to cancer pain patients can enhance their control over cancer pain, improve their self-care ability, and have a good application effect.
