摘要
目的 探究小儿雾化吸入治疗呼吸道感染的临床护理效果评价。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月期间收治接受雾化吸入治疗的呼吸道感染患儿100例，选择其中2024年1月-2024年6月收治的50例患儿作为对照组，在此期间采用常规护理；选择2024年7月-2024年12月收治的50例患儿作为观察组，在此期间采用综合护理。对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组临床症状好转时间和住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿家属的护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对呼吸道感染患儿实施综合护理取得明显效果，显著缩短患儿症状消失时间，提高其家属满意度。

Abstract
Objective Exploring the clinical nursing effectiveness evaluation of pediatric nebulization inhalation therapy for respiratory tract infections. Methods Select 100 children with respiratory tract infections treated with nebulization inhalation from January 2024 to December 2024, and select 50 children treated from January 2024 to June 2024 as the control group. During this period, routine care will be provided; Select 50 pediatric patients admitted from July 2024 to December 2024 as the observation group and receive comprehensive nursing care during this period. Compare the nursing effects of two groups. Results The improvement time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing care for children with respiratory infections has achieved significant results, significantly shortening the time for symptoms to disappear and improving the satisfaction of their families.
