Study on the effect of blood pressure fluctuation before and after injection therapy on elderly hypertensive patients
注射治疗前后血压波动对老年高血压患者的影响研究

摘要

目的 探究因输液紧张和刺痛等因素，导致老年高血压患者在接受一般注射治疗（如感冒、炎症治疗等）前后血压波动的影响。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月期间100例老年高血压患者，随机分为对照组与实验组，每组50例。对照组仅进行常规高血压药物治疗，实验组在此基础上接受非降压目的的一般注射治疗（如针对感冒、炎症等的注射治疗）。观察两组患者在注射治疗前后血压波动情况及相关不适反应发生情况。结果 实验组在注射治疗后血压出现明显一过性升高波动，且相关不适反应发生率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 一般注射治疗过程中的紧张和刺痛等因素，易引发老年高血压患者血压一过性升高波动，增加不适反应风险，临床应重视并采取相应措施。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of factors such as intravenous infusion tension and pricking pain on blood pressure fluctuations in elderly hypertensive patients before and after general injection therapy (such as colds, inflammation treatment, etc.).
Methods A total of 100 elderly hypertensive patients were selected from January 2024 to December 2024, randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received only routine hypertension medication, while the experimental group also underwent general injection therapy without the aim of lowering blood pressure (such as injections for colds, inflammation, etc.). The blood pressure fluctuations and related discomfort reactions before and after injection therapy were observed in both groups.
Results After injection therapy, the experimental group experienced a significant transient increase in blood pressure, with a higher incidence of related discomfort reactions compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Factors such as tension and pricking pain during general injection therapy can easily cause transient increases in blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients, increasing the risk of discomfort reactions. Clinicians should pay attention to this and take appropriate measures.
