持续被动运动在尺骨鹰嘴粉碎性骨折术后康复中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨在尺骨鹰嘴粉碎性骨折术后康复中实施持续被动运动方法的效用价值。方法 研究中共纳入122例尺骨鹰嘴粉碎性骨折患者进行对比实验,以摇号方式划分组别,对照组与观察组均为61例患者,前者采用常规功能锻炼方法,后者实施持续被动运动康复训练方案,对两组实际应用成效展开深入分析比较。结果 实验中各相关数据显示,观察组患者在术后7、14d肘关节VAS评分均较对照组低,与此同时相较对照组,观察组患者术后7d、14d、3个月肘关节活动度明显较高,而且观察组患者肘关节功能总优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在尺骨鹰嘴粉碎性骨折患者术后康复阶段予以持续被动运动康复训练能够有效减轻其疼痛感,切实提高肘关节活动度,对肘关节功能的改善也有积极促进作用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the utility value of continuous passive motion in postoperative rehabilitation of comminuted fractures of ulnar olecranon.
Methods A total of 122 patients with comminuted fractures of ulnar olecranon were included in the study for comparative experiments. The groups were divided by lottery. There were 61 patients in both the control group and the observation group. The former used conventional functional exercise methods, while the latter implemented continuous passive motion rehabilitation training programs. The actual application results of the two groups were analyzed and compared in depth.
Results The relevant data in the experiment showed that the VAS scores of the elbow joints of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 7 and 14 days after surgery. At the same time, compared with the control group, the elbow joint range of motion of the observation group was significantly higher at 7 days, 14 days and 3 months after surgery, and the total excellent rate of elbow joint function of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Continuous passive motion rehabilitation training in the postoperative rehabilitation stage of patients with comminuted fractures of ulnar olecranon can effectively relieve their pain, effectively improve the range of motion of the elbow joint, and also have a positive effect on the improvement of elbow joint function.
