Effect analysis of personalized nursing for patients with gastric ulcer combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding
胃溃疡合并上消化道出血患者采用个性化护理的效果分析

摘要

目的 探究将个性化护理用于胃溃疡合并上消化道出血患者所产生的实际效果。方法 选择2023年12月至2024年12月因胃溃疡合并上消化道出血在我院接受治疗的80例患者作为研究样本，依据信封法随机分成参考组（40例，实施常规护理）与实验组（40例，实施个性化护理）。比较两组在情绪状态、生活质量、并发症发生率及护理满意度上的差异。结果 护理后，相比于参考组，实验组的SDS与SAS评分均明显更低（P<0.05）；在生活质量评分上，实验组显著更高（P<0.05）；在并发症发生率方面，实验组明显更低（P<0.05）；在护理满意度上，实验组显著更高（P<0.05）。结论 个性化护理用于胃溃疡合并上消化道出血患者成效显著，能够优化患者情绪状况，提升生活质量，减少并发症出现概率，增强护理服务的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the actual effect of personalized nursing for patients with gastric ulcer combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
Methods A total of 80 patients who were treated in our hospital for gastric ulcer combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding from December 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research sample and randomly divided into a reference group (40 cases, routine nursing) and an experimental group (40 cases, personalized nursing) according to the envelope method. The two groups were compared in terms of emotional state, quality of life, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction.
Results After nursing, compared with the reference group, the SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower (P<0.05); the quality of life score was significantly higher in the experimental group (P<0.05); the incidence of complications was significantly lower in the experimental group (P<0.05); and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the experimental group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Personalized nursing is effective in treating patients with gastric ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding. It can optimize patients' emotional state, improve their quality of life, reduce the probability of complications, and enhance their satisfaction with nursing services.
