摘要
目的 探究奥塔戈运动联合人性化护理干预对老年脑出血后遗症患者运动能力和自我效能的影响。方法 选择我院在2024年1月份至2024年12月份收治的100例患者进行研究，随机平衡法分成了对照组和实验组，每组50例患者，对照组人性化护理；实验组奥塔戈运动联合人性化护理，对比两组患者的运动能力以及自我效能。结果 两组患者通过提供不同的干预措施后，实验组患者运动能力高于对照组，p<0.05，分析患者自我效能水平，实验组优于对照组，p<0.05。结论 对老年脑出血后遗症患者提供奥塔戈运动联合人性化护理，可以提升患者运动能力，提高患者自我效能，促进其恢复。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Otago exercise combined with humanized nursing intervention on exercise ability and self-efficacy in elderly patients with sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 100 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected for study. The random balance method was divided into control group and experimental group, 50 patients in each group, control group humanized nursing; experimental group Otago exercise combined with humanized nursing, compared the exercise ability and self-efficacy of the two groups. Results After providing different interventions, the exercise capacity of the experimental group was higher than the control group, p <0.05. The patient self-efficacy level was analyzed, and the experimental group was better than the control group, p <0.05. Conclusion Providing Otago exercise combined with humanized care for elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage sequelae can improve patients' exercise ability, improve their self-efficacy and promote their recovery.
