摘要
目的 探讨急性脑出血（Acute cerebral hemorrhage ，ACH）患者开展手术室护理干预对其焦虑抑郁情绪、并发症和生活质量的影响，旨在为日后该类患者的护理提供依据。方法 选取2023年8月至2024年7月收治的ACH患者86例，随机分为观察组（手术室护理干预）和对照组（常规护理）各43例，对比干预前后两组患者的焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量评分以及并发症发生情况。结果 干预前，两组焦虑抑郁情绪评分、生活质量评分相近（P>0.05）；经过干预后，观察组焦虑抑郁情绪评分、并发症发生率低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 手术室护理干预可有效改善ACH患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪，降低并发症且提升生活质量，效果良好。

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of operating room nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage (Acute cerebral hemorrhage, ACH) on their anxiety, depression, complications and quality of life, and to provide a basis for the future care of such patients. Methods 86 ACH patients admitted from August 2023 to July 2024 were randomly divided into 43 patients of observation group (operating room nursing intervention) and control group (usual care), and compared with the anxiety, depression and quality of life scores of the two groups before and after the intervention. Results Before the intervention, the mood scores and quality of life of the two groups were similar (P> 0.05); after the intervention, the anxiety, depression and complication rate of the observation group were lower, and the quality of life score was higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Operating room nursing intervention can effectively improve the anxiety and depression in ACH patients, reduce complications and improve the quality of life, with good results.
