摘要
目的 分析人性化护理对老年下肢骨折手术室护理效果。方法 本次选择194例患者，为我院骨科在2024年3月1日-6月30日收治，分成对照组与实验组，每组97例，对照组实施常规护理，实验组采取人性化护理对比两组患者的ESCA评分、并发症发生率，评估患者心理状态。结果 两组患者通过提供不同的护理措施后，实验组患者ESCA评分高于对照组，P<0.05，分析患者并发症发生率，实验组患者更低，p<0.05，分析患者心理状态，实验组患者心理状态更为稳定，差异具有统计学意义。结论 在老年下肢骨折手术室护理中，人性化的护理模式，可以提升患者自我管理能力，降低患者出现并发症的几率，该种护理充分满足患者护理需求，值得提倡。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing on the nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fractures in the operating room. Methods 194 patients were selected for this study and admitted to our orthopedic department from March 1st to June 30th, 2024. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 97 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received humanized nursing care. The ESCA scores and incidence of complications of the two groups of patients were compared to evaluate their psychological status. Results After providing different nursing measures, the ESCA scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, P<0.05, Analyzing the incidence of complications in patients, the experimental group had a lower incidence, p<0.05, Analyzing the psychological state of patients, the experimental group showed a more stable psychological state, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fractures in the operating room, a humanized nursing model can improve patients' self-management ability and reduce the risk of complications. This nursing fully meets the nursing needs of patients and is worthy of promotion.
