Observation on the effect of psychological care guided by PERMA theory on patients with aplastic anemia
以PERMA理论为指导的心理护理用于再生障碍性贫血患者的效果观察

摘要

目的 观察对再生障碍性贫血患者开展以PERMA理论为指导心理护理的临床应用效果。方法 随机选取我院收治的再生障碍性贫血患者80例，运用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各有40例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组患者开展以PERMA理论为指导的心理护理，分析并对比两组获得的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的焦虑情绪改善效果明显优于对照组，遵医行为和自护能力评分高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，最终患者生活质量与对照组相比提高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对再生障碍性贫血患者治疗期间开展以PERMA理论为指导的心理护理，可有效提升临床护理质量，增强患者的身心舒适度与配合度，减少并发症发生，从而改善患者的生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical application effect of PERMA theory in patients with aplastic anemia.
Methods 80 patients in our hospital, including 40 patients in observation group and control group. The control group received routine care, and the patients in the observation group conducted psychological care guided by the PERMA theory, and analyzed and compared the nursing effects obtained by the two groups.
Results The anxiety improvement effect of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the compliance behavior and self-care ability score were higher than that of the control group, the complication rate was lower than that of the control group, and the final patient quality of life was improved compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The psychological nursing guided by PERMA theory during the treatment of aplastic anemia patients can effectively improve the quality of clinical care, enhance the physical and mental comfort and coordination of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and thus improve the quality of life of patients.
